Laura is absolutely amazing! She has helped me address my health as a whole and has helped me heal my acne so so much! After wanting to find the root cause of my acne Laura has helped me heal in ways I didn’t know I needed to. I no longer have severe bloating and stomach pain when eating gluten and I am having regular bowel motions… no longer chronic constipation that I thought was normal. She has helped me form a healthy relationship with food and has helped me listen to my body. I cannot recommend her enough.

My skin and gut health has continued to be really consistent. I haven’t had any significant flare ups with my rosacea or bloating episodes in the past few months (even over the Christmas period and on holiday in Bali!!).
